Sales girl did not advise me to buy a size up. I bought two pairs. Turned out that both shoes were uncomfortable to the point of unbearable, I even had a cut on the upper heel. Tried to exchange for a size bigger, but since I've already used it, they did not approve. The sales lady said that they always advise to buy one size bigger, but nobody told me that when I bought the shoes. I have 2 unwearable pairs of shoes now.

Comfortable and cute footwear. Nice vibrant some design are abit painful when u first wear.

Good shoes. Friendly staff. Depending on Seasons, have some good sales and nice shoes. It’s at basement of Wheelock. But you can’t miss it as it’s near the escalators.

Comfy shoes. Shop is ok. Staff is friendly. They have the limited edition Hello Kitty collection. Excited.

Got what I wanted! They have the cutest shoes. Also comfy if you find one that just confirms to your feet. Overall, satisfied customer.

Have mixed feelings about one of the two pairs of shoes I bought a few months ago. I have issues with the Vivienne Westwood ballet flats. On first look the design and glitter is gorgeous, however after trying, the sizing is a bit off, it feels a little loose compared to the pair I bought in US. The sales assistant suggested I buy a pair of velvet ball of foot insoles to fix the problem, which I did. Sadly it didn’t help at all. What I’m most unhappy about is the quality, I noticed cracks appearing on the cushioned foot insoles, like what would happen to shoes that had been in storage for a long time. And I have only worn them like 2 times due to the poor fit. I would expect high quality materials to be used since their shoes are not cheap. I’m so disappointed that I can’t wear these beautiful shoes out of the house.

Melissa’s service sucks! Please NEVER order your shoes ONLINE! My nightmare began after I placed order and paid for 2 pairs of sandals. As I will be going overseas soon, I called up one of the outlets (as they don’t provide a contact number) to find out how long the delivery would take. I almost fell off my chairs when they told me it would typically take more than 2 weeks! I would imagine local delivery should not take more than 3 days, as with most platforms. And when I requested to pick up my shoes from the outlet, they said it is not possible. The staff told me the platform is managed by another time. The only way is to write in my feedback via email. And after I wrote in, I only received a response after 2 days, informing me they have already packed my items and will informed the delivery team to expedite! But when I checked my Melissa account, the status is still unchanged. There is still no indication on the delivery date. Subsequently I read through the fine prints on their website, to learn that if the shoes do not fit and for returns, there will be a minimum charge of $8! In short, after you make payment, they are totally not helpful and system is inflexible.

These are super comfortable and durable plus they're waterproof too. I can walk many kilometers in dry weather and my feet won't ever hurt, and if it rains, I don't have to worry about getting my feet wet at all, and a quick wipe with a tissue and it's all dry and ready to go again. The shoes made of a type of plastic known as Melflex which is fully recyclable and vegan friendly. There's also a really cute bubblegum scent to it that isn't too strong which I like. I very much prefer the bubblegum scent over the overpowering chemical smell from other shoes. Design wise, it's mostly geared toward women but there are a few unisex designs. However some of the designs which are women only seem like they'd pass on as a unisex design too (perhaps a unisex design with a feminine touch) and these are the ones I've gotten and I really love them. I've gotten many compliments wearing them. My favorite ones are the Flash, Penny Loafer and Kazakova just to name a few but the ones I really love are the Dubrovka and the Elastic Boot which I wear almost everyday. While they're a little pricey at first, bear in mind, these will really last you quite some time. My first pair from 2017 can still be worn today, while shoes from other brands would have fallen apart long ago. 10/10 will definitely buy again in the future.
