Been using this water purifier for a few weeks. Really save time in waking up early in the morning to boil fresh water for the whole day. User friendly product and outstanding appearance given the led lighting when dispensing water. I gave 4 stars is because the installer did not place back my washing machine properly causing it hit the cupboard door a few days later when using it while it was spinning at high speed. Maybe the installer can improve on this. Overall a good product and pricing as compare to other brand in the market.

Spent two months time searching for alkaline filtration system! And I am so glad I finally found the one! Purity team is very efficient. After order confirmation, installation was done on the next day when I requested. When installer came down to install, he even help us fix the pipe as the plumber did not fix properly! Also also, there was a site visit after installation to explain to us the benefits of the water! Thanks Purity Team. Pricing is reasonable unlike those overrated big brands. Value for money!

I was looking around for a comprehensive alkaline water system and chanced upon Purity Singapore. Unlike other products in the market, what got me hooked onto Purity Singapore was that there was Zero Water Wastage. After that, the team at the company did an excellent job of demonstrating the product and clearing my doubts. The sincerity and commitment to their cause exorcised the skeptic in me and I got a unit eventually. I have a number of fur kids as well and I have been slowly easing them into the alkaline water system. So far, all has been good. Purity Singapore's alkaline water system is so easy to use that my mother-in-law purchased one as well, after seeing it in operation at my place. All in all, I personally feel that this is a product that is low cost, cost-effective in the long term and something worth getting for the family and/or friends. Cheers.

Our family's was looking for a water dispenser for awhile and after comparing on all brands in the market we stumbled upon Purity, and was amazed by brand called Purity, We're so amazed on their customer service and expertise towards their product, and reassured us and taught us how their water dispenser works and filter as well, Overall a pleasant experience with team Purity, special shout out to Mr Han their installer,even with language barrier he is so professional, he even help us install the shower filter nicely , specially the way he install our water dispenser, very neat and clean the way the pipe done nicely, kudos to Mr Han,??? price is very affordable with even a free shower filter, I may say also 5 stars to their after service, when I ask Thomas about the lighting he offered a replacement right away but after he explained that the design is like a galaxy we didn't tend to change, really happy and glad we make the right choice, I'm aware a lot of brands are only good on selling but won't be there if u need them not like team Purity the best by far based on our experience all over the years when we encounter bad after sales service, so we highly recommend PURITY WATER DISPENSER if your looking for value for money, great product from Korea and the best is the after sales service of Thomas, Karen and Mr. Han, (very friendly people) P.S. thanks for sharing to us about water filtration, now I know about Alkaline, how our water looks like with out the filter, kudos to Thomas, before I forget no hard sales you won't feel pressured when you visit their showroom, the best experience we had ??????????⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thank you Team of Purity Singapore for the swift arrangement and installation. The agent is very helpful and quick on arrangements, immediately I have my own water dispenser. The installer did a good job on hiding the water pipe routes and the agent did a very good explanation on the benefit on alkaline water. ? Not only I have the convenient of getting hot and cold water immediately but also a peace of mind knowing that the water we consume are much more safer.

After weeks of researching to get a new water dispenser to replace my old one, I finally decided on Purity Plus. It is tankless, with 4 different temperature settings and also come with Alkaline water. I have no regrets to get it installed in my kitchen now. It is not only beautiful in appearance, it is easy to operate and the waterflow is so fast and amazed as compared to my old dispenser. The team from Purity Singapore has done a great job, from explaining and answering to all my queries patiently and have done a great installation work. Highly recommended for those want to get a high quality dispenser with Alkaline water.

It was totally an amazing and incredible job done by Purity Singapore Pte Ltd. Definitely the most reasonable price for water dispenser complete with under sink water filter and free replacement filter in Singapore. Deeply appreciated and thankful for the helpful advises especially installing water piping in such a way “hidden” and “out of our sights” from the main water supplies to opposite side of our table top. We will definitely recommend our relatives and friends for such a great product and friendly installer.
