One of my best buy in 2020. Great service from salesperson Joyce and technical installer (forgot his name). The different water temp really meet my whole family expectations. Really worth for money. Has been drinking more water especially the chill temp ever since getting the unit. Thumbs up.

I have been using Focus water undersink piping for the past 6 years. I decided to change to a tankless hot water function at their recent road shows at Singapore Expo as I need to make hot drinks occasionally. Dion is professional in providing solutions on porting over my existing system. Their sales team, installer and after sales service so far are good and helpful throughout the years. No regrets!

Very satisfied with both the water dispenser and sales service that we got from Focuswater! My spouse and I got the ‘tankless slim instant hot/cold water dispenser (FP9123)’ from them. It has and continue to be one of the best home purchases we made, especially when water serves as an essential function in our daily lives. The winning points of the product are its very quick dispensing time for both hot and cold water, and its nozzle height from the base that is able to accommodate big bottles. Prior to getting the water dispenser from Focuswater, we visited the showrooms of various other water dispenser retailers. Albeit not the cheapest in the market, yet also not the priciest, the product and good service offered by Focuswater is well worth the price point. In fact, we only came to know of Focuswater on recommendation by someone we know. That was when we met with Vico at Focuswater’s showroom. Vico had been very helpful to explain and demonstrate the utility of the water dispenser, educate us on the current dispensers in the market, as well as took the time to discuss the installation plan of the water dispenser in our house. Due to the position that we intended to place our water dispenser, requiring an outlet for the water dispenser was a big issue for us. Vico was kind to assist in discussing with our ID how to lay the outlet tubes in the most practical and aesthetic manner. He even helped with arranging for the technician to make 1 trip down to lay the inlet & outlet tubes in the midst of our home renovations, and another trip down to install the final product once the house had been cleaned. The technician was professional and expedient throughout the installation process. Apart from his good workmanship when laying the outlet tubes, he maintained cleanliness of the area throughout the process. He gave us an in-depth explanation of how to use the water dispenser and its various functions (hot, cold, child lock, flushing, etc). He also guided us as we tried hands-on to get familiar with these functions too. When some technicians might rush to finish the job and leave quickly, Focuswater’s technician took the time to get the job done efficiently and effectively. Till date, we have been using the water dispenser with no issues at all. The after-sales service was also commendable. Vico continued to ensure that our experience using the water dispenser is satisfactory, checking in even after the sale. We are also able to address any questions we might have to him as he replies promptly. For these reasons, we certainly recommend anyone who is looking for a water dispenser to check out Focuswater at their showroom to take a look at their range of products, experience their service, and taste some water! Attended at focuswater showroom and was attended by Joyce in October 2012. She is very patient and was not pushy at all. Even though after all her explanation and I did not buy. She did not show any attitude. Called her in December 2021 to arrange for installation. Just had my focuswater disperser installed by uncle Alan today. He is very knowledgeable and very patient. After installed uncle Alan guided me through on how each and every function work again and again. Highly recommend focuswater. Keep it up!!

I had my 1st water dispenser installed in Oct 2019 when I moved in to my new home. It was life changing!! Skip thermal flask, boiler, tumbler... Clean tabletop! I was very satisfied to be assisted by Joyce. She was truly genuine, patient and helpful. She f/up with me for 6months before we confirmed the deal. Kudos to her! In the midst of 2years, I came across few hiccups in the machine. At times, lights will be running and blinking on it's own, or some glitch... But Joyce will always be ready to help. Purchase this water dispenser system to replace our old system. We made the right choice of choosing Focuswater because the service is good, demo is clear and very transparent on the pros and cons, sales person (Joyce) follow up with us from day 1 of our purchase till installing. The installation experience is pretty good where the technician study the area and suggest what best for us and even go above and beyond to help us change the piping under the sink and also make sure did not make a mess during installation, after installed he even go through with us on how to use it.
