★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy service. Dono why ask for advice on faucet adaptor becomes change filter or alkaline water not good and how cheap diamond system now is. Why can't just tell me where to get the faucet adaptor?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The machine was spoilt and I called them up and a guy answered my call. Told him my problem and he said he wil drop me a WhatsApp, texted him the problem and even send the video. However, he went missing and did not reply me further after that. No follow up and we were left with the spoilt machine helplessly. Think twice before you buy the machine please. Their after service is really bad.
