My fiancé and I were attended by George who has many years in the industry and the first thing he did was to show us a series of diamonds with unknown color ratings and asked us to arrange them from the most colorless. From the 'test', he convinced us that we do not have to choose a ring with very pure color rating since we cannot even arrange them confidently. Beside the four Cs, and the triple excellent GIA ratings, he ran through the diamonds' database with us, explaining why certain rings are huge but does not sparkle that much and that it is important to look at the detailed specifications of the ring making sure that it does not contain milk and shade. On the clarity, we looked at the enlarged pictures of the rings in the database and check where the flaws were and whether it would affect the beauty of the ring visually. Based on his advice, we bought an ideal cut ring with a color of I and he was right, when the ring was delivered, it was gorgeous with a lot of 'fire' as he described it. Overall, I have a great purchasing experience and left the showroom with more knowledge. Highly recommended!

Their 'ideal cut' diamond is loosely used. After going to a few other shops , I decided what was shown isn't of the same quality , as claimed .
