★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them to ask about barbell piercings and they were dismissive. Just told me to come by to have a look because they didn't know what I was talking about, even though I specified barbell piercings. I said thank you and they just hung up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ quite disappointed, they rushed the process leaving me with a very obvious uneven piercing. as it was a little pricy i was expecting better service. A quick update: I went for the 1 week checkup and they thought everything was ok, even though my ears were swollen, which ended up that one of my ears was infected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to get pierced my teen daughter for the first time and they tried to sell us diamond studs of $300~$800+.
When we asked about surgical stainless one as there’s an allergy concern, what they said was, it’s just a metal and they don’t recommend it. Then what’s about SURGICAL if it’s just a metal? Not safe?
We felt they are not trustable so we left.
So we went to a shop called STELLAR in Bugis Junction where they give us very clear info about their products and Safety of piercings. Glad we found a right place for piercing in the end!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ZERO STAR [READ THIS TO AVOID BEING SCAMMED]. I DID NOT READ THE REVIEWS AND REGRETTED. Don't pierce your ears here. Firstly, the piercings are not straight and you will most definitely have an issue trying to put on new earrings. My ears bled while trying to put back the earrings. Secondly, they are very DISHONEST. They made me buy the $200 earrings and I later learnt that the earrings are not pure white gold. When I tried to clarify the manager was very rude and standoffish. DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you think that one branch is different from the other think again. Their staff move between the branches and I saw the staff who did for me in other branches. It's bad everywhere.
