β β β β β One of my upper left tooth was chipped by a small stone hidden in the food that I bought for dinner on 20 Jan. I called up to made an appointment on the next day. The staff was friendly and nice and I managed to get a slot in the evening. Appreciate Dr Chai who explained my condition and allowed me to choose the treatment options patiently. The tooth filling was done in less than 20 mins and I didn't feel pain at all. Thank you very much Dr Chai!

I wish to add for my experience with Dr Abdul Qayyum today (5/2/2021). He treated me with full respect as an elderly woman..answering politely n clearly to all my questions. I'm glad that he is my Dr for the procedure

β β β β β Receptionist is very polite and kind. Always has a very good tone when dealing with customers and it's reassuring for a nervous patient like me who is afraid of dentists. I've always had bad experiences with dentists but yesterday's appointment really changed my mind. The dentist and dental assistant were very reassuring and kind and was not pushy. They didn't say things like "you have a bunch of cavities, you need to fill them up now , $50 each" like some previous dentist elsewhere, when it turns out that I don't actually have cavities that need to be filled.
The absolute professionalism I've experienced here at this clinic is what will keep me coming back. I'm not afraid anymore. I totally recommend this place. They care about your teeth, not your money.

β β β β β Had a lovely experience getting my teeth cleaned. I've always had bad experiences before as they were always painful but my dentist, Dr Abdul Qayyum, was very gentle and it was surprisingly painless! The staff were very nice too especially the one assisting him.

β β β β β Made an appointment on 07dec2021, also specified want to do cleaning remove braces glue,
Dr chai was quick ,but after the polishing and scaling, I asked about the braces glue, she said she didn't see any, when I got home realised its still there! Shouldn't the dentist eyes be sharper than usual

β β β β β Dr Christine is reassuring and calm. She also explains the procedures as she goes which is helpful for me as I tend to get very anxious. The front desk staff is also very professional and efficient. She always spoke in a gentle tone even when some patients raised their voice unnecessarily. Thank you!
