I explicitly said i do not want to do chemical exfoliation but the Doctor kept insisiting and go ahead to drip the solution onto my face. i thought it was some numbing solution to prepare for the non-ablative laser. After everything, i was told to pay $120 for that chemical solution. They further pressured me into getting the package at $700. The chemical solution is horrible, tbh even the Ordinary 30% AHA BHA is better than their "watery solution". The Ordinary 30% AHA BHA product costs only US$10 and can be used up to 10 times. $120 for a few drops of their "watery solution"? a total scam!!
