For the Love of Laundry

I used to hear that it is a good and reliable laundry service provider however I no longer use their service anymore after they lost the whole 5 pieces of mine altogether. Those were the newly bought ones from my oversea trips to san francisco and JB, just before the lockdown. How is it even possible to just lose them all? I simply just have no idea. And to comfort me perhaps, they told me that I was not the only customer whose items were missing. Well... that’s very comforting. Their after service care was good though. For one outfit they managed to find the same piece online and ordered one for me. Overall process took a while though as they ordered the wrong size! And I had to return and order again. The rest, with the receipt provided, was fully reimbursed. But, money is just one thing. When you value the item with the story and journey behind it especially when you can never get the same one again, it could never be fully compensated. You can risk it if you are OK with it. I‘m not.
