β β β β β Sent a brand new BV scarf for dry cleaning. Collected the scarf and found that the label was teared off with few tiny holes on it. Worst laundry service in Singapore. Think twice and at your own risk if you are sending expensive staff over.

β β β β β They stained my brand new tailored pants. First they tried to suggest it was my fault, then they said "don't want to offend you sir, but you can barely see it" until they eventually admitted their mistake and offered $60 compensation... For $300 pants...
Never again. The only extra star is for the automated drop-off and pick-up. If you need urgent cleaning and are willing to risk get your stuff ruined, you can give it a try

β β β β β Value for money to get your laundry done while staying near by , $20 had my things washed dried and folded up to 10kg mixed load, ( it will be 2 loads if you separate whites and color) certainly different to $5 at a hotel for a pair of socks. Just above the station and down an alley near the lifts. Just be mindful of the opening hours 10-7 weekdays. To use the 24 hour drop off /pickup machine you need a Singapore mobile number.

β β β β β It's more expensive than some competitors in the area, but I work long hours so I value the ability to pick up or drop off 24/7.
I saw below that someone had an issue with stains on their pants but so far I've had no issues with the quality. One time, when I dropped off an article of clothing with a tear, they mentioned that everything that's dropped off gets photographed before it's cleaned. So if you run into a quality control issue, maybe you could ask to see the photos.

β β β β β Convenient system to drop off and pick up, but one of my dresses came back with a weird stain on it. it looks like a water stain rather than decolourisation so it's not that bad but annoying to have it come back in this condition.
EDIT: a month after this review, Eugene from LaundryMart reached out for me to send the dress back so they could remove the stain. I informed him that I had already sent it elsewhere and he gave me a full refund. ultimately no harm done to my dress, and i appreciate the effort taken to follow up on this so updating review from 3 to 5 stars.

β β β β β Got my suit dry cleaned. Drop off and pick-up is easy, but on closer inspection, I noticed multiple 1-3mm holes in the fabric of the pants at the top and bottom.

β β β β β I would say that the dry cleaning service here is not up to mark. My clothes smell fresh indeed but the mild stains weren't treated at all. This was my first time trying them. Usually I use for the love of laundry which on this occasion didn't have a slot for collection on my desired date.
The stains were gone when I got the clothes redone at another place.
Furthermore, I had left items within my pockets. Nothing valuable but important to me all the same. Although this is clearly my mistake but with other reputable laundered these things get returned. Not the case here.
Items from within the clothes are all gone.
I beleive these are small things but it is these that differentiate between the good and the mediocre.
I hope they can improve.
Update: The business contacted me and I have been able to get my items back. I appreciate them looking into it and being able to get recover these.
