★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived at fossil Somerset today and was greeted by melody at the door. Looking for a smartwatch that has in-built Golf course data, i was told that the gen 5 did not offer such an option.
However, melody went the extra mile to recommend, and even download, Golf course applications on her smartwatch and phone to ensure that my enquiry was met.
Her commitment and dedication moved me and I hope that her managers notices her energy and enthusiasm.

Fossil new store is a great place to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff promise to allow change of watch after showing the proof of receipt. Ask to make a call before going down. When rush down staff got suntec manager to call and say cannot change. Insist their staff did not say yes to go down and change. Claim it was a miscommunication. Seem like staff van just anyhow make promise and get their manager to cover up.bad service and attitude during the phone call.
