β β β β β Been here several times for shoulder massage and foot reflexology. Very experienced masseuse and you can request (in advance) for female staff as well.

β β β β β Staff is unaccommodating to request on the foot reflexology. Pretty rude as well when I requested for something. Masseur simply replied with a rude reply of βI donβt think youβre the type to do foot massageβ in mandarin.

Minus 2 stars for the terrible receptionist (female middle aged singaporean) who is always making snarky remarks to customers like we owe her something to make an appintment. Pls change her, people like this should not be in service line. Spoil the image of your company and what should otherwise be a relaxing experience. Everyone else is great.

Reception a little "stuck up"... most of the time not picking up the phone or seems "lost" in the schedule for massage when asking for a time slot after picking up the phone....
Their is one very very good tuina shifu... i wont tell u who so i no need fight for time slot with u ?
