β β β β β I had a terrible photograph service, she just not putting any effort to get the photo right. Just took one shot and done, without looking into the quality. Also, requested for a raw file type instead of jpg but got rejected without explanation. I would say poor customer service!

β β β β β Very bad service. Photo taken in 2 clicks and will not allow you to take more than that for a better photo. Gave only less than 5 seconds to decide which of the 2 bad quality photo taken and staff made the final decision of the photo selection before I could really consider. Bad bad bad!

β β β β β Well located in Thomson Plaza but manned by a young and disinterested staff who simply snaps your photo within seconds and bills you for bad photographs which you couldn't see clearly on her tiny camera screen. Poor service, poor photo quality, expensive prices. One star review at best. Maybe half star. Maybe zero.

And the service now is great.

β β β β β asked for pricing beforehand and lady said 50 cents per piece. asked if can print double sided and she said ok. pricing turned out to be 50cents per SIDE. so 1 piece of black and white a4 document is $1!! EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. definitely a NO GO. even 50cents for 1 piece of black and white would be considered expensive. $1 for 1 piece is ridiculous.
