Took photos there. Was told to bring back envelope with the negative number stated by the studio back to them when i need more photos developed. It is their practise to keep the negatives. Trusted them. Today went back happily wanting to get a few more pcs but the receptionist told me very rudely it cannot be done. I need to bring the CD back to them. In the first place nothing was given to me and I was told it is their practise to keep the negatives and we bring baxk the numbered envekope when we.need more. Indeed disappointed in their business approach.

Very very disappointed with their service and strongly do not recommend for anyone looking for a photoshoot. I bought a $520 family photo package in August and paid a $100 deposit with the intention of celebrating of my father’s 50th birthday. I decided to forfeit the deposit because I am not willing to let them earn the remaining $420 due to following reasons: 1. The receptionist promised that she will call me in December to confirm the date of the photoshoot, but she didn’t and gave the excuse that she "didn't want to disturb their customer." (Probably the worst excuse I have ever heard) 2. When I bought the package, the receptionist didn’t bother tell me anything about make up and costume. I was subsequently informed that I need to top up 80 dollars for the make up and my family needs to prepare their own outfits. When I confronted her on why this was not made known to me, she said that it’s because I didn’t ask. Really? 3. As I continued to question her bad customer service, she started giving me all kinds of funny excuses. She said I already enjoyed a $60 discount from them ( the original price for the package is 580) and she has informed me I should wear a collar shirt out of her “good will “. LET ME “THANK” HER FOR HER GOOD WILL. 4. When I called to cancel my order, she sounded really arrogant and threatening, saying that I won’t get the deposit back instead asking what went wrong and how they should improve. Let me tell you, $100 is a lot to a student like myself, and there is no reason why I should entertain this kind of bad service. To anyone who is reading this, let me help the lady do her job here. 1. They do not provide makeup and styling services, an additional charge of $80 is needed. 2. They only have wedding gown, academic dress and blazer, so you have to prepare your own outfits. 3. There are far better options for the same or lower price in Singapore. Definitely avoid this place.

Very disappointed with their service. I called to make an appointment one week before our family portrait shooting on last Sat. I was told on the phone that my photo shooting appointment will be starting at 11am and asked to be there at 10:30am to get ready for family photo shooting. We were there at 10:30am. Shop not opened till 11:20am. called the shop nobody answered. When one lady and a guy came, we told them about the appointment at 11am, the lady said she was not the one taking the order and from their appointment book my appointment is 11:15am. They kept saying they were not the one who answering my call. My family with a 3 year old waited for almost an hour under the hot sun. Would not recommend the shop to anyone!

Very Good Service,Price is reasonable

Great service and had a good time taking my photos with my family :) Photographer and staff are all friendly and welcoming! 2nd time here and definitely did not disappoint! 10/10 would recommend.

Very poor service, did not make clear explanation to my dad on the appointment time and due to that, my dad misheard on the timing and thought we needed to arrive at 10.30am for my mum's makeup. The lady explained to me that she told my dad 11.30am as the appointment timing and not 10.30am. Because of this miscommunication, they caused us to waste more than 30 mins of our time standing outside the store waiting for them to arrive (store is not yet open since they open at 11am). When I ask her why she did not message us beforehand to re-confirmed on our appointment timing, she said that most of their customers knows they open at 11am and therefore did not do so. Requested for a refund and initially got rejected. However, since it was their fault for not making sure that we got the appointment timing correct & made us wait, she eventually decided to refund me via paylah. Do not recommend anyone to visit this photo studio, there are way better ones available.

Recently I took a photo at this studio for my passport which was due for renewal. When the soft copy was sent to me, I thought it reflected a fierce face with more whites of my eyes shown than usual. I returned to the studio few days later to have my photo taken for a second time. I was prepared to pay for it. The photographer David was very rude. He insisted that the photo was chosen by me. I wasn’t even shown the shots earlier. His service is horrendous. My advice - don’t go to this rude photographer! It’s not worth your time and money!

The shop is relatively small and hence i reckon... in my opinion.. limited choice and creatively. It best serve as a neighbourhood, simple and no high expectation type of photo shop, e.g. facilitating IC, passport, non-fanciful, etc, types of photo takings. Coats for the guys are limited... only a few suits, e.g. L, M, S sizes and single black. The graduation robes, compared to other studios, ... pathetic! The shop has only one studio ... hence need to wait. Unlikely i will take another photo shot there.
