β β β β β Good, fast efficient service and warms greetings customer service and they know me since I'm been going there a few times to print my shop promotions and laminate them in different sizes.
They always do their best to recommend you the best solution or advise that you needed for printing or purchase items. The printing was good and laminate as well.
They have passport size photos to be taken and some others gifts like pictures in a mug or photo album books or printing photos in different sizes u can try it out at their shops. I always appreciate their customer service that they provided and will definitely return back to their shop for other purposes. Thank you.

β β β β β A special appreciation and Thank You to Ms. Michelle and Ms. Siow Peng at FotoHub NEX for their assistance and effort to ensure picture taken could be uploaded for our online passport renewal. As I learned along the way, there are several factors to consider (dimension, angle, brightness etc) before a particular picture could be uploaded into the government portal. They tried multiple attempts and modifications on the taken picture to ensure it is fit for purpose. Though ultimately we were unable to upload the picture into the system (due to other reason and not the photo itself) am extremely satisfied with both of their services rendered over the 2 individual visits (re-take as another attempt) at FotoHub NEX. Sincerely, this is what I call Customer Service at its best.

β β β β β Low Skill Service Took driving license photo total reject ask for retake question customer there know which photo can use or Canβt now totally rejected it.not going back to retake & not recommended place to take it.

β β β β β Absolutely crazy wait time. I came here for a US Visa photo, and I waited 40min after the shot to get it printed!!! Not mentioning that they charge quite a lot. Do they have to cut the trees? Do they have to draw it by hand for 40min? I donβt know, but what I know for sure is that Iβll never go there ever again.

β β β β β Bad Service here,specially the rude and impatient auntie! I take passport size photo and my photo had been rejected when I used it for passport. I response question to them, the auntie have a bad attitude, she ask me pay money again to retake photo. I will not going back to retake & not recommended place to take it! Waste time and moneyοΌ

β β β β β Went there for passport photo and the girls there very patient In explaining requirements to us. When taking photo, she will help to take until you are ok with it. Get the photo fast, soft plus hard copy, confirm acceptable by embassy in 20min, $22. Highly recommend
