Nonetheless, great vibes from their cheerful tone. Finest experience from the moment I entered the branch till the point of collection of my purchase??

The staff who served us (bespectacled guy, did not manage to get his name unfortunately..) was really friendly and helpful in searching for the frames we asked for. He was also patient in addressing our enquiries and going out of his way to fix our existing spectacles without any frills! It was our first time at Glimpse, so thank you for giving us an enjoyable and comfortable experience (whoever you are!) :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I initially went to another shop close by and was quoted $198 for blue filter lens and 2 weeks wait (my astigmatism is high and requires special lens).
Here, it was only $140 and 2 days to collect. Plus the service was good and I felt comfortable while testing my eyesight. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received poor quality spectacles and have to head down to the outlet for servicing few times in 3 months time. The screws fell off unknowingly, causing the frame unstable to hold the lens properly. After changing the screws, the staff claimed this issue could not be guaranteed completely resolved. Very disappointed for the products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Chinese lady optician(didn’t get her name), who assisted me was very helpful and friendly. Came to me and help me to find different frames for my liking. Really nice and explained to me about the different lens they carries for me to choose.
The shop carry a wide variety of spectacle frames, good to go and take your time to choose. Sometimes might give you headache because really too many choices
