★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever I come Singapore, this is the only place I go to change. Friendly service .Rates are very reasonable. Always long queue, but quick service. Much better rates than the one beside fair price. Recommended? Worth the trip every time !

I suggest to go to Chinatown to make exchange, where the rate is much much good than this place. The shame thing is this place self-claim they offer the best in Singapore, nowhere can offer better than them. Such a shame on it

I exchanged SGD for AUD at a rate of 1.00950 at the start of May when the SGD was worth more than AUD. However, the guy here charged a S$807.60 for 800AUD which clearly shouldn’t be the case and should instead be for S$792.47. Unfortunately, didn’t manage to clarify as the guy wasn’t clear and there was a long queue.
So here’s a warning to everyone out there, just head to some other outlets to exchange your money. At least you’ll be getting the proper rates. No idea how they calculated their rates here, what a waste of money and time to head down. Change at your own risk.
