I've been to here many times. However, quality has been dropping a lot recently with the change of hairdressers.
Visited on 15/2, 7.50 - 8.00pm.
Hairdresser name: Joey Ng, the one sitting in picture, doesn't seem to be interested in cutting my hair or doing her job. For the whole session, how do you even cut someone's hair if you dont dare/scared to touch someone's hair using your hands? This hairdresser seems to be also rushing through out the whole cutting process, having no idea on how to cut/cutting very badly.
As for the cleaning session, I understand that it will not be very clean, but you only vacuumed the front, and you barely touch the top or back? Are you really that scared?
Please take note if you're coming here to cut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time having such a bad experience at qbhouse. Hair stylist Lai Peng was very rude and unprofessional. I had to guide her how to cut my hair and she give attitude. Rushed through the haircut in less than 5 minutes and throws the scissors and brush on the counter like a kid throwing a tantrum. Should have gone to kcuts instead

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The haircut cost S$12. The staff who cut my hair is very professional, and I thought I will be covered with hair after my hair cut, but with the air cleaner (vacuum), he was removing my excess hair effectively.
