Been to Eunos branches to choose mattress with family, recommend looking for sales man uncle Poh, he was very helpful and funny guy. The highend mattress was very comfortable and high quality. Product delivery as same as show room display. Good job

This is a review about the delivery. Not sure about the mattress but I personally feel that it would not be good enough to go thru with this delivery service. Bought a mattress and bed frame set on 27 Nov and set the delivery date for 22 Dec as they need time to get the bed frame ready. As shown in pic 1, a four star staff called on 21 Dec to inform that the frame is not ready and will need more time so the date was changed to 28 Dec, 2pm-6pm. The delivery person called to confirm delivery timing on 27 Dec and mentioned that they will only be delivering the mattress on 28 Dec 9am - 1pm and that someone else will deliver the bed frame. On 28 Dec, the mattress came at 1+pm and the person left the mattress on the side unopened as shown in pic 3 as the bed frame is expected to come on the same day. However, no calls were made even until 6pm so I messaged the four star staff to reschedule the delivery. Turns out the deliveryman would only be able to reach around 7:30pm. So as of now, I'll just have to unwrap this so I can sleep tonight I guess. Hehe. Advice to company, please change your delivery partner or at least don't give a delivery window if you can't meet it. Would have not made plans if the delivery was just 28 Dec instead of 28 Dec 2pm-6pm. Also, delivering both the mattress and bed frame in one trip would be a good idea as well. Thanks

Great service from Elaine and her team. Upon choosing mattress and material for bed frame, she was very patient and knowledgeable. Firstly understanding my needs before recommendation. Delivery was timely and bed was set up within minutes. Highly recommend!! ????

When to their main showroom to have a look and tested a few mattresses. Salesperson Elaine was helpful, knowledgeable and not too pushy. Got a mattress which has been helpful with my shoulder and back issues. Whole transaction was easy and fuss free. Got a bed frame as well which was delivered and assembled. All in all a pleasant experience. Highly recommended

We visited before their renovation. Was handled by a marketing staff by the name of Willie who had good knowledge of the products, material, lead times… etc. he was clearly well trained and could lead us to a preferred product by letting us test a few mattresses and listening to our feedback. The process was quick for us to arrive to a desired product. We also tested their sofas. The sofas are designed by Four Star using their long-standing knowledge on mattress production. This clearly shows in the comfort level of the cushiony sofa where it was far superior compared to other sofas I tested. It was plush with sufficient support. I got the sofa without further consideration. The lead time was also way more manageable compared to other places I visited but this is subjective depending on timing. I was lucky perhaps, and managed to get a delivery slot within 2 weeks plus from my purchase.

Visit Four Star store at Kallang and was serve by Elaine. She is very patience and friendly! Showing us around and intro is different type of mattress that suit our needs. Delivery was on time. Delivery man is very friendly also, answering random questions by family about the bedframe while being serious on installing the storage bed they also teach us the correct way to lift up the storage etc. Mattress is so comfy. Good buy!

928711961370 Bought 3 SS mattress from 4-stars last year. Was very please with the mattress. So return for a queen size this time. Delivery was prompt and delivery guys were v good. Recommended.
