This is due to wrong CCV input. I whatsapp Snow slumber at 9pm on a weekend and had a prompt response by James. He calmly resolved my worries that the issue would be settled and the bank would return my money. He even went to the extend to show me the failed payment on his side. After 1 hour, I received a message from the bank that there was a reversal of payment back to my credit card account which was a big relieved to me! I want to thank James for his professional response which showed that he is a trustworthy person and also respond my issue in a prompt manner. I will definitely recommend Snow slumber to my friends and family!
J	JootJoot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was asking the customer service about your refund and was automatically labelled as someone who "purchases with the intention of doing a refund" I was offended because I thought it was a reasonable enough question with regards to the services you offer. Do I need to explain why I'm purchasing online in behalf of my loved ones? I understand why you are wary but you cannot paint everyone with the same brush. I advise you to be tactful and actually apologise next time and not just say "I apologise I came across that way" without owning to your mistake. And also, of course, answer your customers questions.

Instead of regretting the money I paid as i thought i might, I'm regretting the nights of sound sleep that i've missed over the years. The bed is so comfortable. Its the perfect amount of support/plush. My body is cushioned perfectly when i sleep on my side and my arms barely fall asleep anymore. I sleep through the night instead of tossing and turning all night long. I am a light sleeper and my husband can now get in and out of bed without even jostling me. Its a godsend honestly. May be the best thing I've ever bought.
l	laybit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted a mattress that is cool to sleep on. After some research, ordered a mattress from Snow Slumber as it boasted to be the ‘coldest mattress’ in Singapore. The ‘fantastic’ reviews on Google search kinda convinced me to give it a try. (Afternote: the reviewers have 2-4 reviews and all seemed to be reviewing for the same few companies. Most have profiles locked also. Hmm…) Quality of the mattress seemed premium. 34cm in height and with plush pillow top. Free Tencel bedsheet set thrown in. The mattress was indeed cool to the touch but nowhere close to being cold. Tried sleeping on it for a month. My honest review: Mattress feels hot after lying on it for half an hour. Tossed and turned a few times at night as I had to change positions to get rid of the heat. Ended up turning on aircon to sleep well. Defeated the purpose of me getting the mattress. Had to return it as it did not meet my expectations. Customer service was prompt in responding though. Though there is 120 nights free trial, do note that $28 will be deducted from the amount refunded for handling/payment processing.

Most mattress in a box doesn’t have springs but Snow Slumber does and hence we decided to give it a try since they do have 120 days trial. We visited their showroom to try it out before ordering as well. Feels good so we proceed to order (read online that they have no issues with refunding customers) so we are not worried that we won’t be able to return the mattress if we don’t like it. To be honest we are about 2 plus weeks into the mattress and we love it! It’s really plushy and comfortable! We use a waterproof mattress protector so the cooling effect is more subtle but comfort is a plus point. It really feels as good as those branded $3k mattress! ?? we let it properly fluff up for 24 hours and it’s really comfy. The free bedsheets are really soft though it’s not as thick as we like it to be! Bedsheets could do with abit of improvement but since our priority is the mattress, it’s good! Worth a try for those who are thinking about trying or not. ?
