Very very rude staff. Lady who served me was a lady who spoke english with a chinese accent. Please dont work if ure miserable. Your stinky attitude towards life affects everyone and it bloody stinks!

I experienced terrible service here. Salesperson was extremely rude and sarcastic the whole time when I was asking very basic questions, with no regard for respect or basic customer service (I was simply asking for prices, or her expertise on types of flowers that would be appropriate for a certain event). At that point in time, I was ready to place a bulk purchase from the store as I was rushing for an event, but was so incredibly turned off by the salesperson that I decided to make a detour to purchase from another flower shop in the vicinity. P.S. This incident happened 3 years ago - back then I had intended to leave a Google review on my terrible experience but decided to hold back as I gave benefit of doubt that the salesperson was having a bad day. Seeing that there are some similar reviews that match my experience at the store, it is definitely a pattern that must be flagged out. Also, the experience was so distasteful to the extent that I still remember it 3 years later. Do NOT patronise this place, you can find better service and fresher flowers in the vicinity of Punggol.

It was quite a terrible flowers arrangment I had seen. Upon ordering at their shop a week ago, a flower bouquet for my 21st birthday daughter. Told the staff on what I wan and pointed out their display ( as a guideline to the type of colours I what). The staff replied ok ok ok. The staff even said to call me before final the theme and wrapping. 1) no call was given till I went down for collection. 2) the color was terrible and totally different to my request. 3) another staff attended to me was not able to say anything and just hand over to me and took my receipt I will not recommend any to my friends.

Had the worst possible experience at this florist. I came specially down to get flowers for my mum in hospital. There were unfortunately no available arranged bouquets to buy off the shelves. On top of that, the girl at the counter said she is very busy and would need some time to arrange the bouquet (which I was ok). I proceeded to ask her what flowers were available and what could be arranged as I would like something that sits on the desk and something bright. My God, she’s not in the mood to give suggestions and simply brushed me off and asked me to decide and very obviously not interested in my business and I was willing to spend good money but was so turned off by her attitude that I decided to walk away. I came all the way down with the intention to buy something and I cannot believe such poor service that I was subjected to.

Great experience. I always buy from this store. I just wish they have more sunflower stocks tho. But the quality of their arangements are really good.

Staff very helpful and listens to the needs of customers. Able to help me to find a perfect and meaningful gift for my friend. Two thumbs up for service and products!
