★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience from Waterway Point Bata outlet ever. 4 staffs including the supervisor/manager were laughing at the cashier and did not even assist to check on the sizes that i wanted. i nearly sat for full 2 minutes with the shoe in my hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I manage to find shoes I need b4 school reopens in Waterway Point. I don't need to travel as I live in Punggol and I can walk there or even take the free bus by Punggol Plaza. There is so many shoes to choose from and for a good price.

We were charged 36.95$ for north star classic shoes size 5.
On coming home, we saw same shoes in online bata website, at 23$ including delivery
How come the store is charging almost double. This is pure cheating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom & i were at WWP in the evening of 4 June 2022. After trying several pair of shoes & sandals, we ended up buying only 2 pairs of Power brand shoes which were on offer. Despite, quite a number of walk-ins at that time, the 2 sales people who assisted us truly show professionalism.They are friendly, kind, patient & helpful. Unfortunately, we left in such a hurry without asking for their names. Must say, Bata does provide us with excellent customer service. Keep it up?
