★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were 3 sales rep ladies, and no other customers when we entered. We were not greeted with friendly eyes but was instead stared/judged by. While the other 2 continued chatting, 1 of them attended to us but seems to be clueless on what we were looking for and description of an item was very brief, compared to other SK outlets where they explained and asked necessary questions to further assists us. Went to other outlets after that. Would definitely not go here again, 1 ⭐️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salesperson Louis is very gentle-speaking polite and patience. Responds well to my concerns and does not make me feel uncomfortable trying out many pieces. I minus 1 star for their rose gold band range are limited and most rings are too "light". Also, there was some miscommunication on payment via paywave.
