A lot of technical knowledge required, not just choosing a pair that looks pretty and "you think" it fits. They also provide inline skating coaching and classes.

All the coaches are friendly and good. Rachel helped me a lot finding the right pair of inline skates for me too, and I loved it. Highly recommended shop and coaches!

Contacted them at about 10pm last night through the Web chat thingy and to my surprise, they responded almost immediately. Communications were quick and clear, quoted me the price for repair and arranged for appointment right away. Came down to the shop with my wife, to repair my skates and also to hopefully get my wife a pair as well. Ben was really professional in explaining to us about every detail when choosing a pair of skates. Even though he didn't have stock at the moment he got our details and fitting requirements. ???? Really looking forward to hearing from you soon bro! If you're thinking of getting a pair yourself, just head down and speak to Ben. I'm sure he will be able to advise you just as he did for us.
D	DS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice to see a skate shop in a residential neighborhood. Encountered one of the worst service ever when I visited on Sunday afternoon with my gf on 5th Dec. The female staff was attending to another couple when we entered so we took a couple of minutes to check out the skates on display. One of the skates we shortlisted online was actually on display so I asked for the price but was greeted with exasperation and nonchalance. The tone and manner in which she gave her response shocked both of us, it was almost as if we offended her of sorts in the short 3-5 mins that we were in there. Needless to say, we left the shop immediately because clearly they don't deserve our business. To anyone looking for a decent service, avoid this shop at all cost. If the owner cares about the business, do take some time to review the CCTV footage and evaluate the performance of staff.

Moved on to outdoors urban skating and bought a hard shell boot with the advice of Ben. Wonderful customer service with lots of experience to share. Recommended!

Although they still have a need to make money, i find that the prices are too ridiculous for the cheap quality of a China branded floppy hard plastic skate.
