Was supposed to just pay my first visit and check out their longboards. Friendly welcomed by Barry and Lucy, they gave me honest recommendations on which longboards suit me as a beginner. Knowing I was just site seeing, they even kindly taught me ways to pick my preferred board from the wide variations if I'm ready to get one, and so on in cleaning my old board too. Their extra efforts and warmth services has escalated me eyeing on Majutsu longboard, got the board setup and taught professionally by Barry, and in minutes I gotten my most favourite longboard from this shop! Thanks Barry and Lucy, keep it up!! Get your longboard fix here too! Highly recommended!

Nice shop with a variety of board for the skate beginner/ enthuasiast, from skateboards to cruisers to longboards and danceboards. Shop attendants were helpful and kindly explained what the different boards were, and even offered us tips on how to skate. However if you would like a custom built board, I would advise to be prepared to spend some time ( at least 1.5-3 hours here) if you are not the first customer to walk in, as the staff may be quite preoccupied with other customers and it takes some time to choose a design you fancy + pick out suitable parts for your skate style. Probably to best to visit during non peak hours/ days! ( Their peak days are on weekends)

Don't use the carpark. It's closed to the public. Longboard Love is and has always been my shop of choice. It has, and still does give the same friendly vibe one expects from the skateboarding and longboarding communities. Years ago I visited to upgrade my old skateboard for cruising. While admittedly being very skeptical of hobby shops at the time, the store owner Barry was patient and helpful, and I enjoyed cruising on the board a lot. Today, 4 years on, I came to purchase my first longboard. Barry was as friendly as always, despite the difficult times the store had fallen on. Over a few hours, he explained thoroughly how to set up a board for pumping, searched more than 3 times for my desired deck (which was missing), and even let me try out a surf skate. Do visit this shop if you can. Even if you could get boards cheaper from elsewhere (you can't), Longboard Love supplies the knowledge and advice that money cannot buy.

Would just like to say that me and my gf had a very good experience at your shop and picked up a board each, Eugene was attending to us and was very pleasant, giving us good advice about the boards and was very helpful the whole time. We were there for a long time ~1 hr ish picking and choosing specific parts for our first board and it was a really good experience. Though the building your shop is in looks a bit sketchy , the people inside are great, good vibes!

Got my longboard there today and I had so many questions, Barry answered them all with great patience and dedication! The shop provides customisation and FOC lesson with each board purchase so do ask for it!

Amazing service , no pushy sales and super friendly staffs with rich knowledge which able to answer all of your enquiries. They're very patient and willing to go extra miles to guide you in the full satisfying process in building your dream board which very enjoying!!
