Bad experience. I came with my gear shift pedal the pin broke, they bring out a brand new set of pedals with the pin and said $50 it comes as a set. I said I got 2nd hand? It’s just the pin broke and my bike left 3months coe left and they said no. So I said nvm I try find other shop got 2nd hand. I try find cannot so bopian I come back thinking want to negotiate abit lesser. When I asked can lesser they say cannot so I said ok then just deal ah $50 that’s when they play dirty the said $55 I then debate u said $50 just now when I first come. Then both of them push to me as if I heard wrongly. How could I heard wrongly when the price is the reason I went to other multiple bike shops. I sure remember they said $50 in the first place. Even beside my stories about this shop u can read the reviews about them and I’m not alone kena. Cheers! ✌?

Was recommended to this place by a friend, and true enough the service was impeccable. Shirley, whom I believe is the owner was very helpful and also responsive over the phone & on my inquiries. I would come back again ( :

Terrible sales service. Lady in glasses super rude and totally not interested. Individual owners to avoid. My guas is they are only interested in big bulk orders.

This shop is far more then TERRIBLE! buying 2nd hand bike there was a mistake .. bike keeps on spoil every now and then.. and each time I go for EO and oil filter change the price keeps on going up.. first time go $48 and go again $52.. then up and up.. LOL! Everyone should boycott this shop.. they are more far then TERRIBLE!

Would not recommend this shop to anyone. Everytime i went to this shop to ask different part price the supervisor or even the mechanic will jack up the price 2 to 3 times which is pure scam. Ask around other shops said that most people will avoid this shop as they jack up the price as their wish. The previous person who commented on this shop was actually telling the truth.

sent my bike to them thought they can do something about the fault but end up more problems came up...spent $6k+ on the first repair (external) and prolly going to spend another $2-3k in the next repair (internal) shop didnt make the effort to check the engine condition and repair w the external as its an accident bike...they decide to just do the external
