Today i reached the warehouse at about 1050am for servicing my bike. I just want to change my engine oil and oil filter only where the staff told me that my bike is number 2. So i wait outside till i i saw another malaysian bike came in for servicing too...so i i asked the staff how long do i i have to wait for my bike servicing because the malaysian bike came in at about 1140am and straight away the mechanic do the servicing for his bike.. Do i have to wait for so long just to change oil since i've register first at the counter?? Please tell your staff to look forward on this matter.. I came early because i'm working in the afternoon shift today.. What a waste of time today..

The worst ever service provider I ever faced in singapore. Beware. ***** Anything their technicians inform you for replacement better have a 2nd opinion (especially for high priced parts ). If you go for one problem they will create another problem with your bike and trap you to visit again. Dont get trapped thinking they are authorized dealers. Completely Un ethical. I am writing this under complete frustration of my experience happened with their service centre in the past five visits. Visit 1. (27/08/2020) Just come to change engine oil. And normal servicing. - after servicing started to get some annoying sound from the engine. Visit 2. (1/10/20) Toomuch Engine vibration and poor pickup, oil leak. Service done : Change oil gasket, replace complete clutch plate set(for increase in pickup) , change engine oil (for no reason ) and charged me $287.50 My great experience. 1.oil leak was cleaned up ( i thought it stopped) 2. Engine vibration increased considerably (thanks to your semiskilled technicians) 3. No change in bike pick up.(after charging $287.5 the reason your technicians said is its old bike and previous owner had accident so they cannot do anything about it.) Please note. The previous owner just changed few parts of same clutch plate accessories 1 year back. (27/7/19) Visit 3.(7/10/2020) Within a week i have to come back for increased vibration and oil leak again. ( same issue within a week) Service done : Change gasket again (thanks again to your semiskilled technicians who changed wrong side of gasket instead of the one which was actually leaked and end up charging me an additional $47.00 ) - what a great bunisess ethic. Visit 4 :19/11/2020 1.This time I am the perfect stupid to come to Universal again (getting cheated thrice ) for the oil change after 2k km. 2. Ask them to adjust the clutch wire because the clutch is not fully engaged. (Suppoesd to be done when they replace clutch plate ) Service done : 1. Oil changed 2. Clutch wire fixed 3. Additional service of my front brake wire become loose - which was completely working fine till i visit your service centre ( may be your technicians confused with clutch wire and brake wire it seems ) Experience: This time i really had a fantastic experience 1. My clutch wire completely teared off next morning on middle of the road ( lucky i survived without any accident ) 2. Front brake totally loosen which i have no clue whats wrong which working vey well till day before. 3. Called your service centre to arrange for tow and fix the problem. Visit 5:( Forced visit ) 20/11/2020 1. Clutch wire replaced 2. Replaced brake fluid,pump kit.....etc. Experiece : 1. Clutch wire working good. 2. Front brake very tight and only 10% of the brake working ( after paid $48). 3. When come back to your unhappy technicians immediately after a short test ride, they said a lot of story and if that want to be fixed need to pay an additonal $45++ to be fixed. 4. As I had enough spend for my stupidity trusting the AUTHORISED SEVICE CENTRE. I ask them to leave it as it is. 5. Your technicians say then there will be no front brake at all and I DRIVE HOME WITH OUT FRONT BRAKE yesterday to save my bike from further damage from your technicians. Suggestion : 1. If you set some month end financial target for your technicians to achieve, I suggest to increase your service charges to hit that target,rather frustrating customers in this way. @ Bajaj India Do you have any quality inspection protocols for your overseas dealers, please ensure to have one to protect your Brand Image. And here i want to give 0 star but google doesnt have the option.

I was promptly attended to and my bike was quickly checked by the staff. Registration and service request process was done professionally and in a friendly manner. The service staff was patient. Basic servicing was done relatively quickly - within 3 hours (with provision for mechanic’s lunch time) and the costs was reasonable. One of the mechanic, Nick, was very knowledgeable and willing to share service tips and advice.

Hi, I have repaired my motorbike recently here. They take time for two days. And they created some extra noise in Headlight area. After I was informed issue over the phone. And they ask come in working hours. Once I reached there, they ask me to wait, and after 5+ motorbike only can check my bike. Also it’s not happen in first, So far I’m facing this issue 3rd time. They always do like nvr proper check and ask me come again. Pls don’t do again ?.

Just got my 10km full servicing done at the shop. Ride off to find out my fuel tank is leaking right after parking at MSCP. Did not take it seriously as a new rider and end up with a empty tank. Did not have any problem before the full servicing and now required to top up 270++ for fuel tank change.

The shop is mostly famous for Bajaj motor cycle service center and they are the appropriate dealers of Bajaj Pulsar for SG. Spare parts related to Bajaj are available here. Apart from Bajaj they also service other motor cycles. Good customer care. Personal Observation: I was never been satisfied on servicing my bike in other motorcycle shops specially for Bajaj, except universal motors. Best time to avoid long waiting hours: From mid of the month 15th to 25th. Try to service between Mon to Thursday Timing to avoid on all days 11:30am to 1pm (Lunch time)
