I have purchased first bike with Ah chong and satisfied with his service.

Avoid this place at all cost. There is no transparency in dealing with them. Bad experience. Bought few different bikes from other different shops by far this is the worst?.

Worst mechanics. Fix my rear brake wrongly. Now i have to spend own money to change the rear rotor..He even misplaced one small metal part inside the caliper which is holding the brake pad. He didnt admit when i return to shop asking why my rear brake got sound. He said its bcos the new pad making sound. Stupid...I dont know his name...but he always repair bike near to back of the shop..beside office. See the photo. This what happen to my brake.

Been with them since 2014. Ah Zhong is well versed in his line and willing to go the extra mile. Been a pleasure with them. My 3rd bike from Southern. And more to come

The worst bike shop ever. Make me pay $900 in the name of repair to my bike wherein no major parts were even replaced. Literally for just changing gaskets, carbuerettor was not even synced. I went over to the shop as I heard ticking sound coming from engine area, i told the mechanic that I'm assuming it might be due to timing chain, after 4 days they called me just to say nothing wrong with timing chain and mind no parts were even replaced on the top block. The ticking sound was basically air leak from exhaust system joint area. Just so they wanted to some how earn the money out of me, they cooked up story saying CDI needed replacement, where else it wasn't even replaced, it was still my original CDI with just some sealing up and cover up with plastic back. Wanted to charge me $300 for that. A total regret and breach of trust I had on the mechanic. Will never return back to the shop.

My own experience today 30th June 2022. Chun was the mechanic. I was there to do my regular servicing and change my handle grip, I just moved to this area from yishun. Straight forward service. The mechanic did what he suppose to do and helped me pumped air into tyres and oil the chain which my mechanic in yishun doesn't do. The price was reasonable which wasn't what the previous review has stated. Overall pleasant experience ☺️ will come back again.

Have been a loyal customer for my rental needs but up till recently I had the worst experience ever. Rental got more expensive, but motorcycle not up to basic needs. Rental have to come back every week for service due to failing bikes. The brakes are very dangerous. Staff is not friendly. Rent for short term usage but had to miss work due to incompetent bikes. Base on the area, they are not the cheapest bike sellers. Have to pay extra surcharge just to pay installment through paynow. Tekan money only this shop.

Remember to look for Ah Zhong....although it took me a long w8ting for the bike but his service is very very good !!! See those thing that i post in the pic actually i did not req for it instead he gv it all for FREE !!! (mayb is to recover my long w8ting time spending xD..almost took me a month to get my new toy omg unbelievable !! ) But anyways he is still deserve my commended !! His knowledge and patient can proved how good he is as a seller !! So his name is Ah Zhong !!!!
