β β β β β Very friendly and patient counter staff and doctors who will check your illness quickly; best for minor illnesses. Anything major you should get a referral to a major hospital from here. However you have to check their opening hours and whether your medical insurance applies here to make sure you get the best service.

β β β β β At a public hospital, a nurse or doctor tends to insert a needle into my vein at least two to three or four times to draw blood for testing. Both Dr NG Siau Peng and Dr HOWE Wen Li at this clinic are skilful. They are accurate, without any hesitation, and gentle.
They are also dedicated GPs looking after my health throughout the years. This clinic is a place where one can rely upon. These doctors are knowledgeable and are not afraid to share their second opinion with you.
Receptionists look ordinary but are professional and faultless.
The downside is the long waiting time in the early morning, lunch hour, and evening.

β β β β β Been staying around this neighbourhood for more than 10 yrs but 1st time to Frontier Medical and was a good one. Staff that answered the call was friendly and counter nurses were polite and warm. I will definitely come back to this clinic again if i needed clinical help. Cheers!
