Accord Medical Clinic - 325 Ubi Ave 1

I was send to do art test here and was tested positive and the nurse didn’t even let me see the doctor and I told him I need medication, the nurse refuses and told me that covid no medication. They refused other covid patients to see doctor and take medication too. Super horrible.

Extremely rude clinic staff and doc. I waited 25 min to get a registration for my ART done only to say the clinic is closing and they are not accepting anymore cases. Complete waste of time and bad service. Would have given 0 star if there is an option to do so.

Inhumane service. Went for consultation and queued for 2.5hours. And doc examined me for less than a min. and keep insist me on going A&E. Requested to get ART test taken, he tell me the A&E side will handle despite me having mild symptoms. I told him i saw this clinic provide ART test but he told me counter was closed. Very unprofessional. Approached the nurse on my situation and grateful that they assisted me on ART and get a MOH record. Unpleasant trip.

Very poor administration. Waited more than 3 hours when I visited yesterday and did not get to see the doctor. Arrived at 12pm was issued a queue number, and was told to come back at 2pm. Upon returning, they told me to wait as doctor was on break - that is ok so I told them to let me know via phone when I can come back to see the doctor. Around 3pm, they phoned and when I arrived, I was issued a new queue number which didn’t get called. Even after I gave up my queue, nobody called. I can only assume that my newly issued queue number has become one of the many queue numbers that got lost in the haystack?

Very rude doctor and nurses. They said no appointment can be made. The queuing system is messed up. The doctor said that some special patients can make appointment and also replied me rudely that they had already given me earlier queue, which is not true at all. I have waited for 2 hours, and those patients that came after me got to go in earlier than me. I asked for referral letter to see specialist and the doctor is very reluctant to provide a referral letter. I know my conditions very well because I had done my diagnosis overseas. I would recommend not to come to this clinic as they are useless and rude.

Came to the clinic urgently because I was having bad rashing. I came around 520pm and the clinic was closing at 530pm. I couldnt come earlier as I was flooded with meetings and I rushed down in hopes to quickly consult and get antihistamine/itch cream as it was unbearable. Doctor refused to see me because he wants to leave for his break on time. Instead of attending to the urgency of the situation, he prioritises his time rather than the needs of his patients. The entire consult wouldve taken 10 minutes or less but he was not able to help out with it. Really puts into perspective how some people do it for the community, while others just see this as a job. Avoid this clinic if you want people who care about their patients, rather than someone who just does it for the money.

Came here twice. First time saw a patient complaining as she has been waited for two hours but still not her turn. Reception gave her answer mentioned that this is because she is using medical card for consultation. Then the staff even highlighted that they will priorities cash payment instead of medical card and if she intends to launch complaint, she can talk to doctor later when she consult him. Attitude wise, reception was quite rude and no sympathy. Second visit to this clinic is to do pre-departure ART test, this time receptionist is good. Because one of the patient cut his finger during cooking so she tried her best to arrange this uncle to be the first patient. But, clinic open at 7pm, doctor only arrived at 7.40pm. Even though receptionist did highlight to doctor saying that can he priorities that patient but doctor rejected and do ART test first. When I try to knock in, doctor straight away tell me:"quicky come in, why are you waiting for". The way he is expressing himself was rude and terrible. He is the one who is late but put his error at patient. I won't come back to visit him anymore. If got better choice, please don't visit this clinic. Waste your time to wait here and wasting your energy to talk to doctor as he always in rush, no patience at all.

Visited this clinic for 3rd times then only I give this rating. 1. The counter staffs are never be polite every time I visit. As we are patient suffering for illness, they don't really give a F and just let you wait and totally reluctant to give more information. 2. There is no proper queue number system. you don't get a number right after you registered. Doctor call you whenever he wants. Meaning that you can be waiting for forever. I waiting for 2.5 hours averagely for every visit 3.Doctor takes whatever you said. I said my back very pain cant stand straight he straight away write me memo to A&E ??? He don't even bother to do a physical check if it is a muscle or bone pain. He don't even use stethoscope to hear my breathing?? The whole consultation only took 3 mins. So end up I went for another clinic and the diagnoses and treatment and attitude are totally different. For those who just wanted to have rest without significant symptom, this is a easy-to-get-mc clinic. Thumbs up.
