★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor has always been very attentive and detailed in his consultation. Unlike some GPs I have been to in the past, they usually like to rush the consultation and end up the diagnosis are very vague and unspecific. Recommend to visit this doctor :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist was rude. Tell her that my husband wanted to see a doctor, and want to register. She ask if we have any flu fever sore throat. When we say no. Her reply was, its an hour wait, very long. You can go Caritas Clinic if its too long wait. I didn’t know you can reject a patient. ? terrible receptionist. You may want to consider sending her to some course?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came at 8pm and started queueing to register myself. When its my turn, the receptionist said "we are closed already" when your opening hours says until 8.30pm. I tried to call before coming and nobody answered. Waste my trip and time. Poor customer service from receptionist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience here was fast & good. However, this lady who attended to me was so rude. Basically i was accompanied by my mother to the doctor, & because I'm so used to my mom talking to the nurse clinicians I didn't say anything when they were asking "what was the reason I'm visiting the doctor today".
as my mom was explaining to the lady. She just told off my mom in a rude and high-pitched tone. She said, "hello! i asking him not you!". I understand since its my appointment i should be the one responsible to answer, but for her to tell my mom off like that rubs me the wrong way. I know being a front liner is hard and can be difficult in these times, but I wish she could have spoken nicely to my mom, considering she(the clinician) is representing the clinic. & this shows a lot about how she treats her customers.
If you(the nurse who attended me) are reading this, I hope you have a good day and can speak to others in a nicer way.

Unlike what recent reviews have mentioned about the poor service attitude of the clinic assistants, I have not experienced any of such incidents and I have been visiting the clinic for years. Cost of consultation & medication(s) are also very reasonable. Definitely my go-to clinic in the vicinity.
