The outcome is immediate relieve and full recovery 2 days after the treatment. I have since recommend 2 friends and they have the same positive experience! I woke up one day with neck and shoulder stiffness, went to an unknown tcm who did tuina on me, turned my stiffness into inflammation which caused me sleepless nights and alot of cryings. After much googling, found this place and was slot in on the same day when i expressed the pain i was experiencing plus i am pregnant too. The doctor was very patient in explaining what points can and cannot be touched for a pregnant lady and i have to say my pain was instantly relieved. Next few sessions, i was seen by Dr Kong who would insist on asking and knowing more like ‘how’s my appetite, my morning sickness etc’. Dr Kong would then do the treatment all at once to fully utilise and make use of the time he has for the session. Definitely my go to TCM. I will be loyal to this place and never go anywhere else. ?

Prior seeking his treatment I had seen multiple TCM physicians for acupuncture and tuina but none of them were useful. My backache immediately disappeared the following day I saw Dr Kong! I was surprised and impressed by his skills and techniques. Another physician worth mentioning is Dr Lai, I have been seeing her on a regular basis for acupuncture and tuina. Initially I went to see her as my left hand felt numb and painful as soon as I lifted up my arms to tie my hair. My left hand feels much better now as the numbness disappears, neck pain has improved a lot too. Effects seen within the first week after the first session. Again, I was so impressed by her skills and knowledge. Finally found a place where the physicians ACTUALLY know what they are doing and talking about. Receptionists at front desk are very friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommend this place!

In the appointment with Dr Kong, he applied acupuncture on my neck muscles, and also suggested exercise for me to do to avoid straining the neck. He explained to me why it is not a reason to buy a neck harness. After 1 session, I feel big improvement. Thank you Dr Kong :-)

I was diagnosed with 2 gallstones in my gall bladder in July 2020. After doing acupuncture fortnightly and taking medication twice daily prescribed by Dr Kong for a few months, I was delighted and relieved to find out from my abdomen scan recently (March2021) that the 2 gallstones were gone. I am really grateful to Dr Kong for helping me. Overall, the staff at the clinic is helpful and responsive. Dr Kong is professional, efficient, friendly and patient. Nice experience and highly recommended.

But baby is still way up high, cervics is not ready and im 1 week away from my EDD. Husband research for a TCM, as acupuncture can help to induce labour. Thats when he found TCM in Macpherson. Went down to visit, counter staff are nice and professional. Clinic is clean and well maintained. Met Dr. Kong for the first time, He is very patient to listen to my long story?, he explained to me the procedure and the possible outcome. After the 1st session, i had contraction but didn’t fully dilate, so i went for the 2nd round of acupuncture with Dr. Lai at the same night i was in active labour. I gave birth a day before my EDD via VBac. Really thankful that we discover this TCM, i highly recommended them already to my friends and fb page. All the best to TCM Macpherson!

Gynae said that it'll be difficult for me to conceive a second child due to endometriosis. Tried a few tcm places previously, either they are ineffective or they are too eager to sell packages. Dr Kong is a very professional and sincere. Clinic staff are always friendly. After 3 to 4 months treatment, I managed to conceive. I continued with regular treatment during pregnancy and eventually gave birth to a healthy baby. Thanks to Dr Kong for playing a crucial role in this challenging journey!
