★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an unpleasant experience there with a staff when I had gone to take my passport photo. I recommend the studio at Holland Village instead. Professionally done at a reasonable price. Avoid malls if you can honestly. Do a bit of research.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to have my degree testamur laminated. Reasonable price and the entire process was done professionally in less than 10 minutes. I am satisfied with the lamination.
It’s relatively difficult to find a shop providing lamination service nowadays. I have called many printing shops and surprisingly they do not offer such a simple service. Pretty happy to find such a shop that is near my house, which provides the service which I’m looking for.
5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a place to claims to be a fast photo printing service, they are really slow. It took them an hour to print one photo and when I went down to collect the man took even longer to find my photo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was charged $2 for a piece of colour print on A4 paper was already steep enough. He simply printed came out wrong format and charged me twice ($2+$2). Had to cut out myself (photos) which I’ve already paid $3 for it. Terrible service and daylight robbery - no ethics at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I came here to take a passport photo as a last minute decision, bringing a white shirt unsuitable for the white background and with hair that covered my eyebrows, the staff responded patiently and helpfully.
They offered a black blazer to wear (though they only had 1 size) and took my photo 3 separate times and waited when I had to rush off to buy hair gel and a comb in between. This was while serving other customers.
My experience showed me the staff's patience and willingness to help customers and an overall high standard of service. (However, it was my mistake to come unprepared. I do not recommend coming unprepared for passport photo-taking.)
