β β β β β Wanted to printed passport photo in 4R. I prepared photo at home in advance. It shocked me that 4R photo printing is $0.5, but 4R with passport photo is $8. Hah... I would give negative rating the system allows.
What a joke!

β β β β β There were 2 young girls working when I visited. Definitely not professional nor customer service oriented. Just sit down, take your picture and make payment. The shop was empty when I visited. The photo-taking skills is bad and the photo quality isn't good either. There are other better photo shops/outlets out there. Don't waste your money here. Definitely won't go to another DigiFoto outlet to take or print any pictures in the future.

β β β β β There were two young ladies whom attended to me when I sent my film camera to develop the films I took. The film roll needed to be rewound before unloading it for development. I requested for them to help me wind back the roll so that it goes back to the canister, however they were so unsure on how to do it, the next thing I know, they opened the back of my camera, exposing the film roll to the light and destroyed my 35mm film roll. I just got back the films today and most of the pictures are ruined. They have shown 0 professionalism, 0 knowledge on their job scopes and 0 skills management and the service was so over priced as well. Overall extremely poor customer service and I would rate 0 stars if i could. I recommend all to not even go here and visit other photo printing shops if you can.

β β β β β Please donβt go here. They are really not kind and itβs like, just take one picture with no seriousness, and is it ok? Then pay. I actually asked for the picture for student pass, after I took, I was really dissatisfied and I wanted to do photoshop by myself and send it to them for print, so I asked them. However, the worker can just reject it, but she said there are no something weird like that to me. Not only one time, she keep talked to me like that, so I felt very unwell. Please, find other shop.

β β β β β Called the store to make an enquiry for their services and was immediately answered by the respresentative. She was very impolite and was persistent to end the call quickly by giving me a βya ya ya haveβ when i asked if they provide passport photo service. If youβre not happy to work, please do not bring your unhappiness to your workplace. If there is no customer paying for your services, do you think you can run the shop? Be polite and donβt show that kind of attitude. Furthermore, I was asking nicely and greeted her on the phone. A customer will always look at the first impression before even considering.

β β β β β Since the new Digifoto Xpress (Bukit Timah Plaza) branch doesn't have an official website yet, please allow me to park my comments here. I would like to thank the staff (Ms Neo and Ms Jenny) for their great services. They were very kind, especially Ms Neo who took great effort to take a few more pictures to my satisfaction. Of course the (hardcopy) photos were cropped properly and the softcopy is ready to be uploaded online easily (without further adjustments) for my renewal of passport application. This branch is located at #01-K32. (19 Nov 2021)

β β β β β Please don't go here. The lady who took the photo is arrogant and don't know anything except clicking a photo and printing. We went for a photo for student card and she printed it extremely dark. We wasted half an hour and saw the photo and were extremely dissatisfied. She was rude saying she will refund the money and snatched the photos from my hands. I even asked her if she can take one more time but she was very adamant. Attitude is everything when someone is doing business. If she is getting angry for the bad photo she took, I dont know what else to say. Please don't waste your time going there.
