★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible Place. Price too high, yet portion of food too low. Rice super dry and totally no taste. Portion so less even young child can finish the whole thing. Will give 0 star if can, super disgusting and yucky food. Will never buy from this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a chicken wing set for takeaway on 26/12/20. Upon reaching home, I opened it only to find that it came without the egg. Only one miserable chicken wing and nothing else! The set is supposed to include an egg. Very careless staff!! Aside from the missing egg, the rice was super dry and not tasty. Not worth the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The meat portion of this branch is very little, and the stewed beef looked like leftover portion their staff even had to scoop it hard from the bottom of the pot…taste wise is quite tasteless compares to other branches, beef is a little sour maybe not freshly prepared. Bought two packs, both couldn’t finish

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet has lousy customer service. The lady claimed that she called me maby times for collection but I didn't hear at all. Her voice is so soft! Please change some one has louder voice to call for the collection. Also, I ordered Royale but end up it doesn't comes with fillet which Royale suppose to have!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure if it's only this outlet but the chicken wing tasted rather bland. The meat tasted like it wasn't seasoned. I don't remember it being this way. The portion seems smaller than other outlets too.
On a side note, the hygiene level of the workers is poor. Saw one of the worker stacking and arranging the food in the pots. When the food fell off and landed on the table, he just picked it up and put it back in the pot. Don't think the food should be stacked in such a manner that it will fall off the pot and onto the table.
