L	LV on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not been to this outlet much ever since Covid19 Pandemic. Appalled when my family fb that Fanta Grape ? tastes super diluted plus without gas more like???? Took a sip and its indeed like cough syrup. Cashier "overcharged" me taro @ $1.50 and I have to clarify as there's poster showing $1.20 hence refunded. Theres not even price list chart available. 3rd aftershock Must pay by Cash? The machine for card payment unavailable/ broke down? ?Not writing via their scan Qr to redeem sm Foc coke which maybe outta "gas" n my plain water tastes better than outta specs common soft drinks waste!waste of time to wait so long,as I deemed as useless so any one who wish to patronize, think twice. Agreed that there's no team work as seen in Mac. Better food & good team members b4 place was renovated.
D	Deadprawn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet don’t bother to replace their self order kiosk ink and all the order print out was blank. Every customer have to walk to the counter to ask for the number. Food take long time to come.. we have been here for 30 mins and is still waiting for our number to be called. The staff is also unfriendly. BK here is not fast food but rather slow food.

Had to wait close to an hour to grt my food which was ordered way in advance through the app. Staff prioritises delivery orders over customers physically present at the restaurant. 1 in-restaurant order gets fulfilled for every 5 delivery orders. Even after the long wait, the orders were still inaccurate and had to make a second trip to get it corrected.

Today is my child bday ? and we wish to celebrate with a nice burger king dinner as he had be sick and now he recovered from COVID. So bad and didn't explain enough. This is not the first time that it happened

Seems there are no enough staffs to take their orders and manager was very busy, rude. Saw the manager was arguing/fighting with customer 3 times during my stay at this burger king. The manager throwed tissues, folk and knife according to my request.

Z	Zill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salmon Yuzu burger! Salmon is so meaty and less flour/crust! Yuzu sauce lightens the fry/oil taste! Definitely much better than Macdonalds salmon burger which had way too much flour and fish is nearly visible
J	J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service. Staff were busy fulfilling grab orders and letting walk-in customers wait. And the entire counter is already filled with uncollected grab orders. The obese female cashier was talking in a condescending tone as well. She asked me what tender mode I’ll be using and I showed her my card from my Apple Pay. It kept declining then I told her it’s AMEX. She then told me I have to tell her it’s AMEX because it’s difficult. What? She then told us waiting time is at least 15 mins and we said ok. When we collected our food, the burgers and wings are all cold. Only my onion rings are mildly warm. The obese female cashier was also very stingy when it comes to chilli sauce. Lol Lastly, I found some foreign objects floating around my drink. Disgusting.
