β β β β β Horrible customer service by the lady at the counter. There are plenty of options to see a doctor in Singapore, do not come here unless you have to. Lady at the counter is probably the reason why the clinic is dead silent.

β β β β β Rlly bad experience with BOTH the doctor and the clinic assistant. There are hundreds of other clinics so pls do not waste ur time, energy and money on this rude clinic. It's basic decency to talk nicely. Yall being rude just shows what kind of person you all are

β β β β β The receptionist is very rude with a very bad attitude, yesterday I went to the clinc with my kids who tested covid positive , she was very rude , inconsiderate, she started instructing the Dr and I to do things based on her understanding which is not aligned with MOH recommendations & she was yelling and shouting for no reason , and after the dr hand me the fever reducers, she starting hitting on the keyboard before handing me the medication? Which was not complete and she rudely asked me to go fetch it somewhere else?!!!
