★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Treated like some slaves. Understaffed and staffs are pressured to do fast. Did my blood test and gotten a blue-black becuase of the quickness by the nurse. Hopefully never to return again. My pre-assumption of Fullerton being a good branding is wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're expecting an empathetic doctor who wishes to correctly diagnose you and make you feel better, please reconsider visiting this clinic. I've visited twice and both times Dr Wu expressed more concern over what ailments to report on my MC than determine my actual symptoms.
If you're in need of a work pass medical check, this is the place to be. In Dr Wu's own words, "we do alot of work pass here".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment and it took less than one hour to complete my pre-employment health screening. Pretty fast considering the crowd, also didn't wait much in between the different checkups.
Room for improvement: The nurse/person at the counter can let me know what tests are included/briefly tell me the process because it's my first time..
The young guy at the counter seems like he's having a Monday blues. The way he asked the foreign workers/Chinese in the queue to lower down their volume is quite rude and disrespectful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited for a pre-employment check on a Saturday.
Arrived at 9:45am to a fully occupied clinic, left at 12:15pm when the clinic was totally empty. Patients who had arrived after me had left already.
It’s either my check-up have some additional special checks such that it took so long, or the clinic has to improve the process flow of how patients move from one ‘station’ to the next.

Hi technology available and yet you must q like old school
Why you must stand outside the clinic???
No chair for you to sit outside
You can easily use hp sms for q numbers
Really need to upgrade the systems

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the clinic this morning, Sat, arriving 9.52am, registration was a long queue due to the jam registration for entry downstairs at the security. Was here for pre-employment medical check. All done by 10.36am. It was so smooth and speedy compared to my last visit at Fullerton @ Ngee Ann City in Sep 2021. I was there for 2.5 hrs though there is additional test on hearing. Keep up your good job at Shenton Way. Thank you Dr Foo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for health screening at 9am and the place was pretty run-down and dingey for a place like Fullerton. I've been to the Ngee Ann City branch where it's clean and there are premium "pods" where you can chill while waiting. If you're doing your health screening, please avoid this place.
Very weird vibes, with slow procedures at reception and waiting time. Rancid place to collect your stool too, I won't even get to describing it. Eye checks were super random and dismissive.
The receptionist was especially rude maybe because there is a long queue if foreign workers waiting for a check-up. She was snapping at them for instructions like "Give me your passport." or "You come here." which made the air super sour. She also barked at a local because the local didn't understand her, something like "Your company never send you to do sorority."
Very weird experience. Never again. It was a Fullerton check-up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got assigned to come here for medical review following health screening. No need to queue because I have an appointment but there was a long queue outside and seems like they are there for pcr test or some other health checkup. Don't really feel comfortable with this arrangement. Could be better if dedicated zones were marked out. Anyway, was in and out in 10minutes, which is good because I didn't have to wait but also kinda waste my time making a trip down
