★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery supposed to be on 20/4 but informed me on 17/04 that they can’t deliver and delivery will be shifted to 13/05. I bought it on 17/03..no wonder the reviews are bad and big box furniture mall shut down. Now not sure whether I can get the sofa or the deposit back... going to make police report and claim against them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last Year Oct i had purchase a 3 seater recliner sofa from Showroom Defu, Invoice SINVP-1344419
Their service and product was the worst i had met!
Please refer below :
1) delivery time slot was from 3pm to 5pm end up the turn up after 7pm!
2) less than 3 mths the leather tear off!
3) Right seat was detached from the other side of the seat for more than 4 time. My parent almost fall down due to this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a 2.5 seater sofa from Furniture & Furnishings at a Furniture expo at Changi on 9 June 2018. We paid deposit and delivery was supposed to be 11 Aug. Company postponed delivery to 8 Sept. Then postponed again to 25 Sept. On 25 Sept, someone from the company said they CANNOT deliver sofa AGAIN. We told the Sales Rep, Mr Kenny Huang, that we want to return their loan sofa and get back our deposit. Our trust level is very low at their lack of professionalism and customer care. Until now (Sept 30), we have NOT received our sofa or deposit back. Looks like we have to go Small Claims Tribunal. Very distressing experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked 3 seaters Sofa since 6th April 2019 which deposit At $311. As agreements the sofa to be delivery on 25/5/19, hence up to date no news the sofa be arriving. The Sale Xue Mei told us the factory caught Fire and new delivery date on 25/6/19. We are very upset and if this is keep going on we have to report to Case for file report.

Bought Castilla Mattress with them, and it was a bad sleep since then. One day we decided to rip off the mattress (after repeatedly seeing the doctor for unknown body itches), and to our dismay the mattress was made up of recycled foams and mixed with plastic bags!!! Even horror to find the pocket springs being wrapped with coconut look-alike hulks.
Reached out to the customer service and Pinky was super unresponsive to our emails. And their final decision was the refund was invalid because we ripped off the mattress by ourselves. Claimed that "typical natural material used for this mattress range". If we didn't rip off the mattress we wouldn't know how dishonest this company is.
Requested for their refund policy and also get their staff to come down to personally rip off the other mattress we also bought from them. No response since then. Probably they're too scared to rip off it and get caught on the spot that they're not using natural materials.
This company deserves zero stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought their EuroSofa Stallone L shape sofa Pelican Leather on March 2019 but their delivery was 5 months later. Leather was peeling off after 6 months. I called their customer service a few times for solution and after a few follow up they finally sent 2 guys to inspect and take photos of the sofa on 27/8/2020. Subsequently, I waited for 1 month plus with no response. I called their customer service again this morning and the customer service agent said that I sprayed the leather care directly onto the sofa and caused the peeling. Hence, the company will not cover the repair cost. First of all, I never mentioned I sprayed the leather care directly onto my sofa, and I only used the leather care once to wipe the sofa with cloth (again, not directly sprayed onto the sofa) after the peeling was getting serious. Secondly, no one called us back after their last visit for 1 month plus and I have to proactively call them back to follow up. They practically ignored my case and if the decision was for the customer to bear the cost, it would be appreciated if they can inform us, and provide the rational reasons and alternatives to resolve the peeling issue. This is a poor after-sales customer service and irresponsible to their product's quality.
