★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the Leica half leather mechanical recliner 3 seater sofa for $1499. Sofa is under Cheers brand originated from Hong Kong but the assembly in China.
There are few different leather colour selection to choose from for the sofa. And also due to the current Covid situation, they allow to store the goods for more than 3 months until our house is ready.
Over all experience not bad, the brand manager wasn't pushy, they just let us try all the sofa without pestering us eventhough we are the only customer at that time (came super early) unless we asked for assistance.
Had compared with many other furniture store, but decided to go with this because of the attractive price tag and comfort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Milano Queen wooden bed frame just 1.5years ago (June-end 2020) and there is saw dust/powder from the wooden frame! Warranty is for 1 years so I will need to pay for their evaluation cost. If quality wood had been used in manufacturing in first place I wouldn't be having this issue in 1.5 years. I will definitely not recommend Novena Furniture

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 floors of furnishings- sofas, beds, cabinets, dining n living room sets. Many sale items but select carefully as slightly damaged. Bit of hard sell by sales assistants who seem to hover too close by- old ladies ? quite dated designs but some do love the old school ☺️
