The most super lousy customer service from one of the G-SHOCK biggest outlet ever. I went down to buy MTG-B1000BD-1A , 1 day before I called them whether they have new stock. They said that have, so we go down the next day. Once we reached there, one of the staff (girl) said don’t have stock only display but she said she will double check with her colleagues. In the end, they said have new stock. So before we buy we want to see the display set to try on. After everything ok we decided to buy on the spot, once we go cashier to do payment ,the other staff (fat guy) said again with black face NO MORE STOCK ONLY DISPLAY SET LEFT. We asked the girl to call or check other outlets , she tried to call one time only to bugis outlet and said that no one pick up her phone. I wonder why they cannot check their stock through their system???? In the end I called to Bugis oulet by myself and straight away went down to Bugis outlet to get my watch (NEW STOCK).
