Horrible experience. Spent 13 dollars for a haircut, and all I've gotten is a hole on the right side of my head. Worst 13 dollars spent ever.

I always went there for my hair cuting and coloring..Now aday their service is so bad...Ask to wash and cut hair ask me to sit there and wait quiet long then tell me they got no time to cut my hair cause the got appointment...What kind of service is that

Done with police report! Not only me who get cheated but the neighbour shop say around 4 times police did came. Is this what u call hair colour n keratin for $1200?? The cheat me with package. They say this is for 10 session. After I say I don’t want they bring out their price list n list out if I don’t want package I need pay for $1200 for.. to long to tell. Yes I stupid. I didn’t check the price with them first but every saloon always show n say the price. Some more bank say they try to charge me $1900 but declined. I wont forgive u Koz it’s Hari Raya. My 1 month salary.. now i no celebrate hari raya bkoz of u! God will punish u all. Soon n later. Dont play with Muslim prayer especially it’s our fasting month.

The shop name is covered at the time of visit, is at block 260 Bangkit Road #01-31. i saw the large advertisements displayed for $9 haircut and went in. Staff did not ask me to SafeEntry Check-in. During the cut, staff kept pushing me to buy other services. During payment, staff asked me for $25! i reasoned that advertisements showed $9/- but the staff insisted on the liner "Term Conditions" on display but there were no display of the terms and conditions anywhere except at his words. $9 is for members; need to buy $80 package to enjoy member's price. The staff did not inform me prior to the cut as well. i felt i had no choice but to pay and leave. i felt conned. The haircut quality was not worth neither $9 nor $25. If the shop anticipate that the large advertisements will cause misunderstandings with customers, the staff should take steps to minimize by explaining to customers beforehand. But they did not do so reasonably. the advertisements are misleading. there is no quality to the haircut. the staff attitude is menacing. the business approach is questionable.
