Hair Salon

I went to Ezen Bangkit in August for a wash and blow. Ive a package there and had 4 to 5 sessions left. I went after 1yr almost due to salon closure during pandemic and also shortage of staff/communication issue due to lack of sg or malaysian staff who speak eng. I was served by a elder lady called candy/sandy who spoke well. She washed my hair well but when she started ironing; I pointed several things to her told her iron more arnd the sides and all. She was getting upset and seemed liked she dint like someone telling her what to do. But everyones hair is diff n we know it the best. So towards the end the staff made face and told her china colleague in Mandarin. " Next time she want to come you better serve her. I dont want to handle her again. Want to buy cheaper pkg but expect the hair to be done so well. Cheap package quick service dont expect too much. Im a non Chinese singapore citizen who understanding mandarin well thus i Understood what she said. This was absolutely horrible and not the way i have been ever treated in a salon or anywhere. Utter disgusting i must say. I have paid for my package upfront. What does it mean by cheap package cost "quick service". Means it can be done anyhow and fast? Strange. I still have few sessions left however due to the lack of customer service i am not keen to visit Bangkit. And in any branch i expect to be given respect jus like we dont talk rudely to staff. Manager pls reach out to me. I need to use my package sessions up as well. Thanks!
