poor customer service. rude staff who was gave black face and reluctant to help or answer my questions when i asked nicely. hope he fixes his attitude

Do not buy used or trade in in this store. Traded in console for used switch, afterwards I realised the switch had a minor damage on the LCD and went back to the store and asked the boss for replacement or refund and charged me $10 for a refund when they were the one who sold the damaged device. Extremely shady business procedure such deducting MUCH of the trade in value for TINY faults, it’s very unreasonable, please go somewhere else.

Staff was rude asked them for their assistance and they refuse to assist give thousands of reason not to make a check on my Xbox console. He then asked his colleagues for assistant but none even try to look at me and help me, one say just call the Xbox support and show a gesture with he’s hand to get lost, and another one just hand him a note and whisper to him. Such outrageous and I’m surprised that the store is still open.

DO NOT SELL YOUR PHONE THERE EVEN IF IT'S THROUGH REEBELO WEBSITE!! The RUDE guy at the store knew I used reebelo/their official website to check before going because I was able to tell him that he was low-balling me & I did "homework" before going there. I used reebelo to book the buyback because it's 1 of the nearest+highest price in my area. The guy thinks I know nothing & when I want to sell off my Iphone 13 pro max, he went WAY lower than the price he gets on their official website. Then he started telling me that Iphone 14 is coming out, need to have buffer, blah blah blah. The buffer was $100+ lower. My phone was considered new as I only opened to check, I understand that it is considered used because it has been activated for a month but considering the website is giving me reasonable price to sell it off at, he should have just say it nicely instead of rubbing it in my face as if I am the one arguing with him. If he doesn't want to take it then just say so, no need to make me look bad & trying to say that his price is reasonable & better. Also when he checks the phones, he uses his hands with LONG nails! So beware! In conclusion, DO NOT GO THERE TO SELL YOUR PHONES! There are WAYYY better stores out there.

The shop always have some promotion titles.

Consider this a double warning, primarily with this shop and to Reebelo by extension for partnering with such a shop. Phone salesperson was very rude. For extremely minor scratches on the phone, quoted $100 lower than the Reebelo price. When cash was handed over, gave $100 less as well! Unfortunately I was in a rush and did not check on the spot, I only found out when I was back home. Will not ever deal with this shop again and will inform my network as well.

Terrible attitude shown by the store owner/ guy at the counter. complained about scratches at the side of the phone to be sold, but he himself is touching the phone with his bare hands! How is this allowed? If he is so particular about the scratches shouldn’t he handle the phone more meticulously (i.e with gloves on etc) How else will i be able to sell the phone to another buyer if he has already touched the phone all over then? ? Very rude.

Staff do not know how to do an assessment on the phone that I want to sell. Price quoted super low. Count myself lucky that I did not sell my phone to them because I found another shop, whereby take in $130 more than them.
