Brought my 1 year old daughter for a haircut. Right after my wife let my daughter sit on her lap, the hairdresser immediately approach my daughter without giving her ample time to calm down. My daughter cried and resist getting her hair cut. However my wife and I manage to calm our daughter and continued with the haircut. We told the hairdresser to give approach our daughter slowly. I hope this experience does not give a bad experience to my daughter first haircut. P.S, I know kids are not always easy, but at least parents have set some expectation for hairdressers to calm the kids down prior to the haircut.

Professional services and I am pleased with the end results. I really like how easily I could converse with most of the staff. Although it is them that initiate the conversation, it does help time pass a lot quicker ?

Similar to QB cuts style of barbering with all the same facilities: tissue paper towels for the neck, steriliser and a vacuum after cut, but in no way inferior in quality. The two stylists present at the shop were very friendly, conversing in local dialect to each other and were very warm and accommodating. I had 15 dollars in notes which couldn't be used at the 12 dollar card machine but one of the stylists helped me to exchange money for the transaction. The stylists were in their 50s to 60s, but they were obviously veterans; my stylist deftly handled my messy hair with ease and produced a very satisfactory result. She took her time despite the queue and I appreciated that she did not rush through the process. She was also friendly and spared a moment to start a small conversation in Mandarin, which made me feel at home. All in all a very pleasant experience.

not cut properly and didn't listen when I said I only want to cut my sides. cut my hair very short and there are some long hair left at the back of my head. overall not cut properly

Went for hair cut for my toddler. Hairdresser managed to cut as much and nice as possible with my struggling kid.

Was reluctant in giving a one star review as my previous visit was a great experience. However, yesterday night visit was a nightmare. My elder was assign with a male hairstylist, while my youngest is assigned with female hairstylist. The male hairstylist is really the black sheep in shop. Firstly the way he treated his customer (not just to my son but also the next adult customer he was serving) was really lacked of patient. He keep making the tsk, aiyah, and impatient tone when customer failed to understand his instructions or does not agree to him. Secondly, he really had no interest or caring for how he cut his customer's hair. My elder son haircut was unevenly cut ( it was really obvious at his fringe) and there were abrasion behind his ear. And when he was serving his next customer, it was also obvious the next customer was not satisfied, as he openly voice up his opinion, only to have the male hairstylist forcefully convince to the man, there is nothing wrong with the hairstylist skill. Thirdly, if you are going in with a hairstyle in your mind , you probably going to end up with disappointment as he will cut the hairstyles he want, not what the customers want. Despite all the disappointment from that specific male hairstylist , the female hairstylist did a wonderful job. (Both my visit. The Bob hair cut lady and the short haired lady) They are very patient and nice when it comes to kids and adult customers. And in term of skill, the ladies are way better. ( It was obvious when I compare my youngest son and elder son haircut and my previous visit. )

Incredibly disappointed at such a lopsided sideburn cut by May. She even unhooked the mask to cut the sides so there shouldn't be any excuse for such a blaring mistake. Please patronise, at your own risk.

The hairstylist by the name of Alan or a sounded like name was not paying attention to my kid’s hair cut throughout the session. Most of the time I noticed he was looking at himself in the mirror and keep looking at his watch. The result was abrasion on my child’s near left ear head skin. When i asked him to look at it he still has the cheek to say your kid side burn no hair and grabbed hard on his head. Totally unacceptable behaviour. ???
