Great service, loved my cut and wash. Staff were not pushy with products at all.

Westgate Mall is one of those "Green Malls" in Singapore offering retail stores such as Nike and Popular Bookstore, with stores for all ages, however restaurants are more limited, but fret not, its linked to IMM (another mall with factory outlets everywhere) and JEM (another mall built beside Westgate) so your food cravings would most likely be answered :))

Been there twice, love their perm, cut and colouring. Staffs are updated, not talkative and pushy. Keep it up, good job!

Fried my hair, did such a bad job at dying my hair, the colour did not turn out to be what I wanted it to be despite going back for correction. Loads of split ends and hair is almost like an elastic band and breaks easily. Please do not head there! (Ps they have good service but their skills suck)

Terrible experience. Requested the hairdresser to colour my hair and blend the bottom part of my hair with the top as I've bleached my hair previously and the colour was not even. She did a terrible job and charged me 210, I asked her to recolour my hair as I'm really unsatisfied with her work and she said she needs to charge me another 80 to 100 plus. What a joke! I will never set foot in their salon again!

Terrible experience. Junior stylist seems not looking at mirror during cut and results in asymmetry and overly short to a point it is beyond fixing, and still insists he is not in the wrong. It is better to cut at Vintage Studio for better experience and haircut.

Not professional and not quality. I bought scalp treatment on fave $18. I can said that service is only worth $18 luckily I didn't pay more. Because they forget to give me nano mist treatment. When one of the long grey hair wear glasses lady realised it, she replace other light treatment to me. But didn't tell me or inform me or ask me. At the end, I asked her, is it that one is nano mist treatment, she said no, they forget to put when do the cleansing. So she replace another treatment to me. The effect is the same, or better than most treatment. This is what she said. But is it I didn't ask, then you will not tell? And she have no intention to apologize that their mistake. Example I order teh, you give me coffee. The effect is similar, coffee may better than teh (can make you stay awake). But the things is customer order teh, and don't want drink coffee. Are this is your customer service? Please just tell the truth and admit and said sorry. I will not so ? angry. And at the end, they didn't do scalp analysis again to show the result, then how I be member ? I do not know the result wether good or not. And the lady introduce the package is not the good package to my hair issue. She also have mentioned this package (cleansing and nano mist) is not very efficient to my hair but she still introduced this package. Starting she asked me buy hydrated hair treatment, emphasize it very good to my hair issue. But at the end, didn't promote this package to me. Then why I buy? Since it is not efficient to me. That's why I said quality and professional is not there. Heng, I just paid $18. If more than that, is not worth for that value. Becoz $18 just about half an hour treatment, very fast can go off. Like help you wash, put treatment shampoo and blow dry your hair.
