โ โ โ โ โ Most places refuse to repair the broken part, however, ben was helpful to assist with the repair. On top of that, he did help to check through the bike and advise on another faulty part, which i am unaware of.
Really efficient on delivering the result! thumbs up!

Was attend by Ben who is down to earth and friendly.
Ben is someone who know his stuff well and yet at the same time willing to spent his time in sharing his knowledge around.
Overall I was very impress by their services and efficiency in getting my MTB done up. To sweeten the deal, their pricing are also reasonable.
Gentle Giant Cyclery indeed live up their name with all the positives experiences from the rest of the customers.

โ โ โ โ โ Provides pickup and drop off service to your convenience - even late at night. Reasonable prices and very quick turn around time. Tells you if additional costs need to be incurred for changing of parts. Dealing with Ben directly has a much nicer touch and does not feel like you are dealing with a shop. Recommended!

โ โ โ โ โ The quality of the build and service is outstanding. Ben helped me build a bike and it's been an absolute joy to ride without any adjustments needed.
His recommendations during the building process were very realistic and would recommend purely on what needs I had.
He would also accommodate any questions i would have as well.
Would definitely recommend this to anyone else!
