โ โ โ โ โ Had a loose crankset just now while riding to Seletar.Staff really helped me tighten my crankset without a cost,whereas advisre me to retain my crankset as it is still in working condition.Not too pushy to change items as condition is still workable.Give me some pointers on foldie as I am a newbie.Regret never got his name.Nice guy,though.May your business prosper as your kindness really help me finish my trip.Really recommend this shop.Will see u soon,bro..Thank you,u know who you are..

Special Mention to the Boss Lady, Ms Lorraine (hope i got the spelling right) She is Professional, Approachable, Service-Oriented and OCD aka Perfectionist. The Mod Service comes with Free Consultation on how to better Colour Coordinate your Bike and she will advice you on which parts to mod that suits your riding style.
Ms Lorraine is the epitome of Service Excellence. She even insist on lending me her umbrella that day.

โ โ โ โ โ Highly recommended bike shop with very helpful and friendly staffs. And seem like they are the only shop that have stock on 16" tyre tube with presta valves. I have called Bikelink, Cheap John and some other shops but no one have stock on this item. Glad that Gentle Giant Cyclery refers me to Hype Wheels.

The folks there gave very sound advice and spared no efforts in tuning and servicing my bicycle. My ride is now smooth as butter!
