You should never buy from this store! It was the worst store I have ever been to. And the staff is even worse. You should never buy anything from this store. Let me share a bad experience that happened to us. On February 8, 2021, we went far away to this bike store to buy a bike. We asked the staff to send us a new bike instead of the one on display. The staff promised to assemble a new bike to be delivered to our house. We would buy the bike. But unfortunately, what arrived at our house was a broken bicycle. We immediately took a video and asked the bike store to replace the bike. They told us that they couldn't replace the bike since we sent the bike that you came to the store to check. Strange, isn't it? That means that they sent the broken bike that was on display that day to our house. It was clearly the store's fault, but they wouldn't admit it. In the end, they claimed that we broke the bike. Why would we have the advantage of breaking your bike? We were busy and tried to negotiate with them several times. But the response remained the same. The first part of the bike that we found broken was the rear hub. The first part we found broken on the bike was the rear hub (video attached), which was clearly an early failure. However, the bike store sent us a broken bike and would not refund or return it. Isn't this a scam? We are not Singaporean, we just moved to Singapore and we don't know the laws in Singapore yet. We are not Singaporean, we just moved here and we don't know much about Singapore laws yet. Our exciting life is about to be brought back to reality. What should we have done in this situation? They are afraid to replace it because they are not confident in their product.
