Many new stalls after reno. Alot so called famous stalls like mee hoon kueh, chee cheong fun, bak ku teh, hk wanton mee, chicken rice..... food so so only, service level stuck up, especially the hk wanton mee stall. The lady cashier is friendly but the guy who cook the noodle..... if he don't know how to speak, just keep the mouth shut up and cook the noodle although he don't really cook well! Chee cheong fun, hk style!? The skin flour is very thick. Overall, if u stayed near ok but far don't waste time travel there.....

Chicken Cutlet Rice with Egg from the Western Food store. The Hong Kong Style wanton is good at $1/pc. I don't know how to appreciate their food.

Being there this morning for breakfast... Ordered from the HK style wanton noodles...soup and dry type..as well as also tried the Chee Cheong Fun with Prawn... Wanton is good... But the noodles need to be rinsed at least 2 to 3 times or else the texture is too sticky... Overall is acceptable for the noodles.. Chee Cheong Fun... Skin texture is good...very fine and smooth... But the sauce they provide is too sweet... Probably catering to the younger customers in this area... Overall is acceptable... As for the price wise...is subjective to individual affordability... Personally...I find that is a bit overpriced for a neighborhood coffeeshop...$$$

Tried the bak kut teh, HK chee chiong fun, mee hoon kueh and fried prawn noodles. Quite full during dinner time, slightly more $$ then usual neighbourhood coffee shop. But at least got variety for you to choose from. Food quality not bad.

So-so experience, more expensive than most hawker center / coffee shop. There’s very many stalls. Good variety from bah kut teh, western food, vegetarian noodle, economy bee hoon, mee hoon kuay, fried prawn noodle, chicken rice, chee cheong fun, wonton mee, Zichar & drinks. During meal time on a weekend it was quite crowded. There were long lines for bah kut teh, prawn noodle, mee hoon kuay, chee cheong fun. Tried the popular items. Wanton mee $5 was nice. The noodles springy and sizable wontons. The braised beef noodle $5.50 was abit too dry, not enough sauce. Small pieces of beef. Can be braised a bit more. On the whole, decent lah if you want some braised beef HK noodles. Some uncle told us there’s the same stall branch in clementi but the Bukit Batok one is better. Prawn noodle $5 some famous stall apparently. So-so only. No wokhey, very little ingredients, very little for the price. The stall woman also quite stuck up and a bit curt. Have to wait quite long around 30 min. Don’t bother with this stall if you need to wait. Chee cheong fun $5 for prawn one. Need to line up quite a while even after peak hour as it’s made one order by one order. Frankly, the rice noodle sheet is a bit thicker but still acceptable. Very few pieces of prawn. So almost $1/prawn. The noodle and prawn taste is ok but The worst part was the sauce is sweet! Like sugary sweet. Very weird. Not only we said it’s too sweet, other strangers around us also commented it’s too sweet. I won’t eat this again. Pricey for such quality in a coffee shop but I guess it’s price for the hard work to cook each sheet individually. Probably return to try other foods in the coffee shop. But come if you live nearby or west side. No point traveling faraway for this.

This coffee shop was renovated a few months ago and has a brand new look. There are a good variety of stalls and some are “branded”. Not all the stalls are equally good, some are hit and miss, but I’d say overall, it’s a good effort by the coffee shop. Nice to see such a concept in the Neighbourhood.
